The AXIS micro-profile concentrates kinetic energy in an ultra-small frontal area that's smaller than the broadheads for less friction and therefore greater penetration. Their small diameter also means that AXIS arrows fly much better in crosswinds than ordinary carbon arrows... They will therefore hit their target more often in the field.

To improve the effectiveness of your hunting arrows, you can also install heavier 75-grain brass inserts, breakable to 50 grains, sold separately. A heavier arrow will have better penetration and the extra weight in the arrowhead will increase your FOC for better flight of your broadheads.
