Deliveries and returns
The transport of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
The shipping methods are:
- BPost Bpack followed, delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
- Mondial Relay, tracked, delivered to a relay point of your choice. Please note that packages are shipped from Tuesday to Saturday.
- the sending in stamped envelope without follow-up nor insurance for the articles of small size.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online (except for envelopes).
Shipping costs are free for any order of a minimum amount of 150€ to Belgium, 250€ to France, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands and 350€ to the rest of Europe. These offers do not apply to certain heavy and bulky products that generate shipping costs too high compared to their value such as game baskets or certain targets. Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
